We currently operate in Nairobi and its greater environs with plans to expand to other Kenyan cities and towns soon. We manufacture and supply Concrete SpaceSaving Panels and Interlocking Hollow Blocks. Our products are manufactured in Nairobi and can be delivered to other locations. We have an array of products to choose from. Our Cost Estimator on our website will help estimate the cost of the exact product you are interested in. All products are under the ‘products tab’ on our website.

Our payment terms are cash ( lump sum or Instalments ). Loans/mortgage payments from finance partners are also used. For design manufacture and build, 50% deposit to manufacture and then 50% after the foundation has been put in place. For materials sales, cash paid before release from the factory.

Call/email for a quotation or fill in the cost estimator on our website. For Design Manufacture Build:
● Visit our office and show house at Sameer PLC, off Enterprise Road.
● Choose your house/building. Consultation with the staff is available.
● An Initial budget will be sent to you.
● A site visit will be scheduled to verify all information.
● Quote revisions will be made and a formal quote issued.
● If acceptable, contracts will be drafted and the first 50% payment
made.
● The project starts.

You can pay using installments (agreed upon payment plan). Loans from other finance partners like banks & sacco are welcome as well.
