    Is your product available in all towns?

    We currently operate in Nairobi and its greater environs with plans to expand to other Kenyan cities and towns soon. We manufacture and supply Concrete SpaceSaving Panels and Interlocking Hollow Blocks. Our products are manufactured in Nairobi and can be delivered to other locations. This also applies for the construction of units. Terms and conditions apply.

    What services do you offer?

    We design, build and project manage affordable precast housing solutions. We currently build single rooms, bedsitters, one bedrooms and community structures such as schools, training centers and meeting halls. We also supply building materials which are Interlocking Hollow Blocks and SpaceSaver Panels)

    How much does your product cost?

    We have an array of products to choose from. Our Cost Estimator on our website will help estimate the cost of the exact product you are interested in. All products are under the ‘products tab’ on our website.

    How can I purchase your products and materials?

    Call/email for a quotation or fill in the cost estimator on our website. For Design Manufacture Build:
    ● Visit our office and show house at Sameer PLC, off Enterprise Road.
    ● Choose your house/building. Consultation with the staff is available.
    ● An Initial budget will be sent to you.
    ● A site visit will be scheduled to verify all information.
    ● Quote revisions will be made and a formal quote issued.
    ● If acceptable, contracts will be drafted and the first 50% payment
    made.
    ● The project starts.
